1. 14 Day Return Policy?

While shopping atwww.sevenmantras.com , you can easily return all the ordered goods within a period of 14 days from the date of actual delivery. .

  1. Defective Items?

If any product is found defective in the package, you should contact the customer support staff right away through email at [email protected] or call within 14 days of the actual delivery of the goods. We will arrange a pick up from your place and upon receiving the product, we will inspect it to make sure that it is exchanged and delivered to you in its original condition or a full refund is made as per your request. .

Please note that the exchange of products is subjected to the availability of the goods with us.

  1. Returns?

In case you are not happy with the products that you have purchased, we will happily accept them back within a period of 14 days from the date of actual delivery. If you are willing to purchase any other product from us, the value will be adjusted accordingly. If you are not willing to shop for anything else, the amount will be refunded to you. If you paid through your credit or debit card, the transaction will be reversed. In case of cash payments or payment through net banking, we will instantly issue a cheque in favour of your name, as registered with the website. The refund is, however, subject to the quality of the product. The item should not be used and must have the tags, box and other packaging material intact.

In order to coordinate the return process, you need to mail a picture of the product to [email protected] along with “RETURN” written in the subject line, or call our customer support staff within 14 days of receipt of the product. Please make sure that the product reaches us within 10 days of request submission, otherwise it will not be eligible for returning.

Once the package is received at our end, we will process the amount of refund, along with the postal or courier charges borne by you for sending the product back in the form of store credits. Return policy is applicable only in case of issues with size of the apparel or footwear..

Products in this category are NOT eligible for return.

Returns will be considered for change of color requests.

  1. Eye?

If contact lenses are returned, they have to be returned in sealed boxes; opened or used lenses will not be accepted as returns. Lens solutions, lens cases are NOT eligible for returns.

  1. Personal Care?

Adult Diapers, Women hygiene products (sanitary napkins, tampons, panty liners), Condoms, Ovulation Kits, Toothbrushes, Toothpastes etc. are NOT eligible for returns.

  1. Parenting?

Ovulation Kits and Diapers are NOT eligible for returns

  1. Apart from the aforesaid products, the following conditions shall NOT be entertained for returning or replacement:?

1.The damages occurred due to the misuse of a product.
2. Any internal damages occurred due to the malfunctioning of the product.
3. Any kind of consumable item that has been used.
4. The products that are tampered with or have UPC/serial numbers missing.
5. Any kind of damage or defect that is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty .
7. Any item that is returned without the original packing and original accessories and other originally inclusive items.
